腐蚀是油田开发中后期的突出问题。常规抽油杆柱设计选择主要考虑杆材的力学性能而忽视了其抗腐蚀能力 ,通过室内模拟环境耐腐蚀评价和电化学分析中自腐蚀电位变化及线性极化特征变化 ,证明了不同介质中不同材质的抽油杆抗腐蚀性能差异较大 ,其直接影响着杆柱寿命和抽汲效果。
Corrosion is a prominent problem in the middle and late stages of oilfield development. The design of conventional sucker rod is mainly considering the mechanical properties of the rod and neglecting its anti-corrosion ability.
