Recently for the city’s promotion of mid-level titles of thousands of teachers pre-job training, the same grade secondary school teachers and primary school teachers of the age difference surprised me: the majority of secondary school teachers in their twenties and thirties, all the best, while the primary school senior One-fifth of teachers in the fifties or so, a few older have been covered with white hair. After class, I asked about it. Comrades at the Personnel Department told me that there are only elementary school teachers who retire at the elementary level - a junior professional title. I can not help but feel uneasy about elementary school teachers when I hear this.
