我厂生产的螺杆式压缩机,需在其主要零件转子的心部加工φ215、φ88、φ60mm三个不同直径和深度的内孔。转子是用45号优质碳素钢自由锻造成的实心锻件,内孔必须采用切削加工来完成。由于批量小,故未采用成本高的深孔套料工艺,而是先用内排屑深孔钻钻出φ88×1300mm和φ60×270mm的深孔,然后再车φ215mm孔至图纸要求。为了顺利加工这个孔,我们设计制造了一根动支承深孔扩孔刀杆,经多次试验,效果很好。它能在40分钟内,将深700mm的内孔,从φ88mm一次扩孔到φ170~φ180mm,然后再车至φ215mm,生产效率成倍提高。现将它的结构和应用介绍如下。
