水工泄水建筑物由于遭受高速挟砂水流的气蚀和磨损作用而破坏的工程实例在国内外都屡见不鲜,其维修费用大多以成百万元计.以往国内使用的护面和修补用高分子材料多为环氧砂浆,迄今仍多沿用60年代老配方,存在毒性大,施工不便等问题.为此,我们到日本进行了实地考察.考察中发现近20年来国外土木建筑采用的高分子材料技术发展很快,各国都有不少新材料、新配方.通过考察实地参观、操作、座谈、索取资料等,详细了解了此门技术的发展水平、技术关键及发展动向,新型树脂的主要成分,配制树脂砂浆用减缩剂、偶联剂的成分和配制方法等技术关键.回国以后,结合我国情况,研制成功三类水工建筑用新型树脂砂浆.经在刘家峡水电站泄水道上小面积试用,其施工情况好,毒性小,不会对工人健康造成危害.经过一个汛期在38米/秒流速下的过水考验,情况良好.
