高职院校学生的职业生涯规划相对落后,改进当前高职学生职业生涯规划现状,高职院校需要从课程、教师和学生三个角度出发构建完善的职业生涯规划支持服务体系。在课程设置、实施,师资建设和学生实践三个方面提供相应的服务对策。
Career planning of students in higher vocational colleges is relatively backward, improving the current career planning of higher vocational students. Higher vocational colleges need to build a sound career planning support service system from three perspectives: curriculum, teachers and students. In the course of setting, implementation, teacher construction and student practice in three areas to provide appropriate service measures.
