网络空间的竞争,归根结底是人才竞争。新媒体时代,我们应加速对新型军事新闻人才的培养。要正视新媒体的特点,为“新生代”创造宽松的成长环境;要按照新媒体运行规律,设立新媒体人才的组织架构;要运用互联网思维,拓宽培养和使用新媒体人才的视界。
Competition in the cyberspace, in the final analysis is talent competition. In the new media era, we should speed up the training of new types of military journalists. We must face up to the characteristics of new media and create a relaxed growth environment for the “new generation”. We should establish an organizational structure for new media professionals in accordance with the laws governing the operation of new media. We should use the Internet to broaden our horizons in training and using new media professionals.
