姬际可(1602—1683),字龙峰,今山西省永济市张营乡尊村人。(一)我国17世纪,姬际可创编六合拳,传艺河南。经马学礼—张志诚—李政形成河南心意六合拳。18世纪,戴隆邦(1713—1802)在河南经商,学到心意六合拳,回晋后形成祁县戴氏心意拳;19世纪,李洛能(1803—1888)到祁县带艺投师,学戴氏心意拳,在太谷将戴氏心意拳与少林长拳相结合,形成20世纪中国四大名拳之一的形意拳。以上三拳,其“根”都源于姬际可的六合拳。姬际可是三拳共同的师祖,是中华武术史上一位公认的伟大武术家。(二)姬际可的生平,由于年代久远,资料缺乏,我们只知一个大概轮廓。永济市尊村姬氏,系明初由洪洞县迁来,传至姬训为八世。训生二子,长子际时,次子际可。姬际可生于明万历三十年壬寅(1602)。明代是中华武术大发展时期,各门拳术勃然兴起,打拳弄棒蔚然成风。民族英雄、大武术家戚继光(1528—1587)甚至说:若不学武艺,是不要性命的呆子。姬际可童年就在家塾里学文习武。其时家境殷实,有土地200余亩。青年时文武全才,特精大枪,可骑快马奔驰村中街巷。用枪点击房檐椽木,说点那根,无一漏过。姬际可中年时,明朝政腐败,刀兵四起,内有闯王起事,外有满清叩关。父母去世后,姬际可离河东故里,赴河南嵩山少林寺学艺。少林寺是中华武术胜地,各拳种门派的姣姣者,常来少林寺相会交流,有“天
