In order to carry out the strategy of revitalizing Hubei through science and education and sustainable development, summarize the practical experience of science and technology legislation in Hubei province over the past 10 years, publicize the achievements made in science and technology legislation and the reform of science and technology system, and the vigorous development of the technology market, further popularize legal education.
