为揭示叶端间隙分布对离心式压气机性能的影响,采用压比为10的离心式压气机混流式叶轮对各种叶端间隙分布进行了试验研究。改变间隙不仅采用蜗壳相对于叶轮轴向移动的方法,而且还采用径向变形的方法。将测得的叶端间隙对叶轮效率和输入压头的影响的数据同计算值进行了比较。还论述了叶端间隙分布对可用流量范围的影响。
In order to reveal the influence of the gap distribution on the performance of centrifugal compressor, the centrifugal force was applied to centrifugal compressor impeller to test the distribution of various tip clearances. Changing the gap not only uses the method of moving the volute axially relative to the impeller, but also uses the method of radial deformation. Data from the measured tip clearance on the efficiency of the impeller and the effect of the input head were compared with the calculated values. The effect of tip clearance distribution on the available flow range is also discussed.
