Objective: To study the functional hypolipidemic effect of a functional milk on diet-induced hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: SD rat model of hyperlipidemia was established. In addition to the blank control group continue to feed the maintenance feed, the remaining groups continue to be given high-fat feed. The control group and the blank control group were given 2% sucrose fatty acid ester solution, and the remaining three groups were given low, medium and high doses of three doses, the sample time was 45d, fasting blood was taken from the orbit, serum total cholesterol TC, Serum triglyceride TG, low-density lipoprotein LDL-C, high-density lipoprotein HDL-C. Results: The content of TC, TG and LDL-C in middle-dose and high-dose groups were significantly lower than those in model control group (P <0.05) after oral administration of different doses of rat for 45 days. Compared with model control group Compared with the three indicators were reduced but not significant; HDL-C content compared with the model control group no significant difference.
