全国水文计算情报网(西北片)首次交流会议于1983年11月4日至10日在西安市召开。参加会议的有西北地区和有关大专院校、科研单位、水利水电系统的有关流域机构、工程局、水电厂、设计院、水文总站以及铁道、交通部门有关的设计院;全国水文情报网单位及华东、华北、西南各片的片长单位,共计36个单位、50名代表。与会代表在党中央、国务院领导同志关于加速开发大西北的战斗号召指引下,认真地回顾了几年来西北片水文计算情报网活动的成绩和存在问题,决心加强水文计算情报交流,密切为生产和科研服务,并对如何提高
The first exchange meeting of the National Hydrological Information Network (Northwest Film) was held in Xi’an from November 4 to November 10, 1983.
