目的:观察肌电生物反馈技术治疗脑卒中肢体瘫痪的效果。方法:80例脑卒中肢体瘫痪患者随机分为两组,治疗组应用肌电生物反馈技术治疗,分别在入院初、治疗3周末时采用上田敏偏瘫上下肢功能分级和Barthel指数进行评定。结果:治疗前两组的Barthel指数和上田敏评价积分无显著性差异,治疗3周末时有显著性差异。结论:肌电生物反馈治疗脑卒中患者其运动功能和日常生活能力的改善优于未经该方法治疗的对照组。
Objective: To observe the effect of myoelectricity biofeedback on paralysis of limbs in stroke patients. Methods: Eighty patients with stroke and limb paralysis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with electromyography and biofeedback techniques. The upper limb function grading and Barthel index were used to assess the upper limbs and the lower limbs at the beginning of admission and the third week of treatment. Results: There was no significant difference between the Barthel index and the Ueda test in the two groups before treatment, and there was a significant difference between the two groups before treatment. CONCLUSIONS: The improvement of motor function and daily living ability of myoelectric biofeedback in patients with stroke is superior to that of the control group without this treatment.
