建筑是人们生产和生活的重要组成部分,在很大程度上建筑影响着人们的实践活动。建筑企业是实施建筑实践活动的载体和组织者,在建筑企业中人力资源的管理是一个企业的核心内容。建筑企业人力资源现状进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策,希望能够对我国建筑企业人力资源管理水平的提高有所帮助。
Architecture is an important part of people’s life and production. To a great extent, architecture affects people’s practical activities. Construction enterprises are the carriers and organizers of implementing construction practice. The management of human resources in construction enterprises is the core of an enterprise. The status quo of human resources in construction enterprises is analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward, hoping to be helpful to the improvement of human resource management level of construction enterprises in our country.
