求平均心电轴目前常用座标图法,手续较繁,费时较多。平均心电轴是两个导联QRS波群面积或电压代数和之比的函数,因此可以作成и形计算图。这样,在得到了两个导联的有关数值后,从图可直接得到平均心电轴读数。新近有人作了从一个肢导联和一个加压肢导联QRS波群求平均心电轴的计算图(J Electrocardiology 6:51,381,1973)。这里介绍从习用的Ⅰ、Ⅱ导联QRS波群求平均心电轴的计算图。
Find the average current ECG axis commonly used method of coordinates, procedures more complicated, more time-consuming. The mean ECG axis is a function of the ratio of QRS complex areas or voltage algebraic sum of the two leads so that a и-shaped calculation graph can be made. Thus, after getting the values of the two leads, the average ECG axis reading can be obtained directly from the graph. A recent calculation of the mean ECG axis from a limb lead and a pressurized limb lead QRS complex has been made (J Electrocardiology 6: 51, 381, 1973). Here we introduce the calculation of average ECG axis from conventional QRS wave groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ.
