研究与准晶结构相关的晶体相将有助于对准晶的原子结构的了解。在急冷的AL_4Cr合金中,我们观察到一个与二十面体准晶有密切联系的晶体相。通过电子衍射确定该相具有底心正交点阵,x射线能谱分析表明其成分接近Al_4cr,x射线点阵参数测量的结果与S.S.Lu等报道的正交Al_7Cr的点阵参数相符(a=19.99A,b=34.51A,c=12.47A),因此,我们所观察到的正交相与S.S.Lu报道的Al_7Cr是同一个相,为区别于我们在急冷Al_2CrSi合金中发现的μ-Al_4Cr,我们称之为ε-Al_4Cr。
Studying the crystal phase associated with the quasicrystal structure will help to understand the atomic structure of the quasicrystal. In the quenched AL_4Cr alloy, we observe a crystal phase that is closely related to the icosahedral quasicrystal. By XRD, it was confirmed that the phase has the center orthogonal lattice, and the X-ray energy spectrum analysis showed its composition close to that of Al_4cr. The result of X-ray lattice parameter measurement is consistent with the lattice parameter of orthogonal Al_7Cr reported by SSLu (a = 19.99A, b = 34.51A, c = 12.47A). Therefore, the observed quadrature phase is the same phase as Al7Cr reported by SSLu. To distinguish it from the μ-Al4Cr found in the quenched Al2CrSi alloy, We call it ε-Al_4Cr.
