输送管径的计算与气一固相的运动特征有关。本文首先对固相质点和粒子群的运动形式作了分类。固相质点运动时沿管道断面的分布状态,主要决定于气流紊流的性质与作用。根据普朗特理论,质点的分布状态可描述为关系式n=n_1(y/y_1)~(-V_0/(βV_*))。由于固相质点的影响,气流速度沿水平管道断面不再作对称分布;但气流速度沿垂直管道断面却作双对数曲线对称分布。考虑固相质点的影响,对稀相输送的输送管径通用计算公式D=(4Q气/4U气)~(1/2)进行修正,得出修正后计算公式为为修正系数。在度浓比超过10时,建议采用修正后计算公式求输送管直径。
The calculation of the delivery pipe diameter is related to the movement characteristics of the gas-solid phase. In this paper, we first classify the solid particles and particle swarms. The distribution of solid particles along the pipe cross-section during the movement of the solid particles mainly depends on the nature and effect of the turbulent airflow. According to Plantt’s theory, the distribution of particles can be described as the relation n = n_1 (y / y_1) ~ (-V_0 / (βV_ *)). Due to the influence of solid particles, the airflow velocity no longer symmetrically distributes along the horizontal section of the pipeline. However, the airflow velocity is symmetrically distributed along the vertical section of the pipeline with a double logarithmic curve. Considering the influence of solid particles, the general calculation formula D = (4Q gas / 4U gas) ~ (1/2) of the delivery diameter of dilute phase is corrected, and the corrected formula is taken as the correction factor. In the ratio of rich than 10, it is recommended to use the corrected formula to find the diameter of the pipe.
