主梁、横梁、前梁中部这三个大型零件均为30CrMnSiNiA材料,热处理强度σ_b=170公斤/毫米~2(相当于洛氏硬度Rc47~50.5),热处理后机械加工比较困难,因此,三大件除孔和耳片以外,其余部份都已在热处理前加工到最后尺寸。就是说热处理变形不允许超过规定范围。可是,长期以来,这三个大件热处理变形比较严重,影响了产品质量。 一九七五年三月厂革委会向我车间下达
