研究干燥方式、干燥温度以及熟化方式和时间对白泥碳酸钙(LMC)加填纸AKD施胶的影响。实验结果表明,与商品轻质碳酸钙(PCC)和重质碳酸钙(GCC)相比,不同的干燥方式和干燥温度对LMC加填纸的影响较大,快速熟化的LMC加填纸的施胶度高于自然熟化,且随贮存时间的延长施胶度有所降低,存在施胶逆转的现象。通过压汞仪测定孔径分布,发现白泥碳酸钙的孔面积较大且孔径较小,这一独特的结构特性可能是导致白泥碳酸钙加填纸AKD施胶特性及其施胶逆转的关键原因。
The effects of drying method, drying temperature, curing method and time on the AKD sizing of LMC and paper-filled paper were studied. The experimental results show that, compared with PCC and GCC, the effects of different drying methods and drying temperature on the filling of LMC are larger than those of LMC plus filling. The degree of gluing is higher than that of natural aging, and the degree of sizing decreases with the extension of storage time, and there is a phenomenon of sizing reversal. The pore size distribution measured by mercury porosimetry showed that the pore area of white clay calcium carbonate was larger and the pore size was smaller. This unique structural feature may be the key factor in the AKD sizing property of white clay calcium carbonate and paper filling and the key to sizing reversal the reason.
