本文对石油化工企业的炼油污水处理和氧化沥青生产车间进行紫露草微核原位监测和车间空气的总烃、硫化氢、酚和氨浓度测定;同时检测接触工人的外周血淋巴细胞微核、双核细胞微核、SCE和梁色体畸变。结果:紫露草微核原位监测与空气中毒物测定结果相关,即诱变剂测定超标的呈阳性。工人遗传毒性指标与紫露草微核原位监测也密切相关,即紫露草微核原位监测阳性的人遗传毒性指标也阳性。说明紫露草微核原位监测有一定的敏感性和特异性,它可起“第一级报警系统”的作用。
In this paper, the in-situ monitoring of micronucleus and the total hydrocarbon, hydrogen sulfide, phenol and ammonia concentrations in workshop air were carried out in the refinery wastewater treatment and oxidation asphalt production workshop of petrochemical enterprises; meanwhile, micronuclei of peripheral blood lymphocytes, Micronucleus, SCE and Beam Body Color Dysmorphism. Results: In situ monitoring of the micronucleus in the field was related to the determination of air poisoning, that is, the mutagen was positive. The genetic toxicity index of workers is also closely related to the in situ monitoring of the micronucleus of the sphagnum paliurus, that is, the genotoxicity index of the workers who are in situ monitoring of the sphagnum micronucleus is also positive. This shows that in situ monitoring of spider mite micronucleus has certain sensitivity and specificity, which can play the role of “first-class alarm system.”
