赖特尔氏综合征是以尿道炎、关节炎、结膜炎为三大主征的疾病,其病因目前尚不清楚,国内外报道较少,我院近年来收治3例,现报告如下。例1,邱××,男,20岁。以2天前双膝关节红肿疼痛,次日双眼红肿刺痛伴尿频、尿急、尿痛为主诉于1982年7月24日入院。患者于入院前12天因腹痛、腹泻伴脓血便,拟诊急性菌痢,经治疗9天痊愈。体检:T38.7℃,P88次/分。急性病容,双眼结膜及咽部充血,扁桃体未见肿大。心肺(-)。腹平软,肝脾未触及。双侧膝关节红肿发热,活动受限。化
