伴随着社会的不断发展,图书馆也逐渐向科学化、专业化以及网络化的方向发展。作为为教学活动和科研活动提供资源和服务的场所,图书馆的管理工作开展到了广泛的关注。学生以及教职工对于图书馆各种需求也在不断的增大,因此在某种程度上说就要求的图书馆必须不断提升自身的服务水平。所以,如何创新图书馆的管理成为了很多关注的焦点。本文从创新图书馆的管理以及图书的各种需求实施分析,就我国的图书馆如何科学有效的实施管理提出几点建议。
With the continuous development of society, libraries are gradually developing toward science, specialization and networking. As a place for teaching activities and research activities to provide resources and services, library management has attracted widespread attention. Students and faculty members are also constantly increasing their demands for libraries, so to some extent the libraries that are required must continuously improve their own service levels. Therefore, how to innovate the management of the library has become the focus of much attention. This article analyzes the management of innovative libraries and the various needs of books, and puts forward some suggestions on how to scientifically and effectively implement the management of our libraries.
