中石化新加坡润滑油脂项目是中石化润滑油公司国际战略三步走的第二步,也体现了由产品贸易向技术和品牌输出的转变。7月28日,中石化新加坡润滑油脂项目奠基仪式在新加坡裕廊岛举行。此项目计划投资5.8亿元人民币,占地约4公顷,生产规模达到10万吨,预计2012年10月底具备投产条件。这一铲土,不仅代表中石化炼化板块第一个海外直接投资项目破土动工,而且标志着中石化海外炼化投资业务进入正式实施阶段。经过三年多的考量,中石化终于迈出了在润滑油领域国际化战略的第二步,海外攻坚战正式打响。
Sinopec Singapore Lubricant project is Sinopec Lubricant’s third step in the international strategy of the third step, but also reflects the shift from product trade to technology and brand output. On July 28, the foundation stone laying ceremony of Sinopec Singapore Lubricant Project was held in Jurong Island, Singapore. The project plans to invest 580 million yuan, covering about 4 hectares, the scale of production reached 100,000 tons, is expected to have put into operation by the end of October 2012 conditions. This shovel not only broke ground on behalf of the first overseas direct investment project of Sinopec Refining and Chemicals, but also marks the official implementation stage of Sinopec overseas refining and chemical investment business. After more than three years of consideration, Sinopec finally took the second step of its internationalization strategy in the field of lubricating oil. The overseas fortified battle officially started.
