新疆R&D资源的合理配置是确立新疆科技发展方向、合理布局科技资源的关键,也是提高新疆自主创新能力和核心竞争力,推动创新型新疆建设的主要动力之一。运用规划论分析了新疆R&D资源配置情况,并提出了相关建议。
The rational allocation of Xinjiang’s R & D resources is the key to establishing the development direction of science and technology in Xinjiang and rationally distributing scientific and technological resources. It is also one of the major driving forces for improving Xinjiang’s independent innovation capability and core competitiveness and promoting the construction of an innovative Xinjiang. Using the theory of planning, this paper analyzes the allocation of resources in Xinjiang R & D and puts forward some suggestions.
