辽宁省农业技术推广总站按语:今年我省将由日本引进插秧机四百多台,机插面积可达八万余亩。为了搞好这项工作,培育出适于机插的规格化秧苗,省农技推广总站于一月七日到九日召开了省稻作所、盐碱地所、沈阳农学院以及有关市、县从事水稻工作的专家和科技人员座谈会,结合我省当前实际情况,通过充分讨论,制定了《水稻机械插秧盘育苗技术要点》做为全省的技术指导意见,发给各有关生产单位,参照执行。搞好日本引进的水稻机械化插秧,对推动今后水稻机械化生产具有十分重要的意义,因此有条件地区应大力提倡采用日本或吉林省的全套育苗方法,即实行大棚盘育机插的方法。但是鉴于我省当前时间紧,物资准备不足的实际情况,並减少投资,降低成本,因此制定了“宽床开闭式软盘保温半旱育苗法”。这种育苗法是机械化大棚盘育秧方法的一种简化,各地在应用这项农艺措施上必须充分掌握每个技术环节和操作规范,做到技术上精益求精,管理上认真细致,坚决把这项工作搞好,为全省水稻机械化生产创造一个良好的开端。
