民营医疗机构是我国社会主义市场经济的产物,是医疗服务体系的重要构成部分,为完善我国医疗保障机制起到积极作用,目前在社会办医的政策鼓励下有迅速发展势头。但随着市场规模不断扩大,民营医疗机构在监督管理方面存在的问题已逐渐凸现出来。笔者根据数年工作实践体会和经验,结合白山市医疗市场环境,现对存在问题提出一些建议和看法供同行们参考。
Private medical institutions are the product of China’s socialist market economy and are an important part of the medical service system. They have played an active role in improving the medical security mechanism in our country. Currently, the private medical institutions are enjoying rapid growth with the encouragement of policies of running the society. However, with the continuous expansion of the market, the problems existing in the supervision and management of private medical institutions have gradually emerged. According to years of work experience and experience of the author, combined with the medical market environment in Baishan City, the existing problems are put forward some suggestions and views for their colleagues for reference.
