本文针对温米油田注气压缩机投入正常运行后,轻烃装置、注气压缩机用气及外输湿气之间矛盾突出,火炬放空量大,天然气资源浪费严重,这些矛盾深入分析研究,提出膨胀机密封气重复利用的可行性改造方案,力求用尽可能少的投入,最大程度的提高装置效益和资源利用率,使改造后的天然气综合利用创造最大的经济效益和社会效益。研究过程中根据密封气组分分析,认为密封气无法作为干气外输(干气正常外输压力为1.35MPa以上)。但密封气组分与干气组分基本一致,而装置燃气系统压力为0.34MPa,密封气出膨胀机组后压力为0.40MPa,为此我们考虑将密封气引入燃气系统,合理可行;通过反复论证,通过实施压力、流量双重调节,保证燃气压力和流量,这样既可以消除密封气放空至火炬燃烧掉,同时又增加了干气外输。

These contradictions are deeply analyzed and studied, The feasibility reform plan of reusing sealed gas in expander is put forward to minimize the investment and maximize the efficiency of equipment and resource utilization so that the comprehensive utilization of modified natural gas will create the greatest economic and social benefits. In the course of the study, according to the analysis of the seal gas components, it is considered that the seal gas can not be used as the dry gas output (the normal dry gas output pressure is more than 1.35MPa). However, the components of the seal gas are basically the same as those of the dry gas, while the pressure of the gas system of the device is 0.34 MPa and the pressure of the seal gas is 0.40 MPa after the expansion unit is expanded. Therefore, we consider that introducing the seal gas into the gas system is reasonable and feasible. , Through the implementation of pressure and flow regulation, to ensure gas pressure and flow, which can eliminate the seal gas to the torch flared empty, while increasing the dry gas exports.
