In this paper, a wire factory wire workers 47, control group of 27 people, conducted a comprehensive physical examination and occupational hazards survey. It was found that wire workers exposed many toxic and harmful factors such as vinyl chloride monomer, phenol, formaldehyde and complex polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) electrical appliances. Thirteen people have neurasthenic syndrome, accounting for 28%. Liver damage, liver and liver dysfunction were 16 people, accounting for 34%. Erythrocytes, hemoglobin and immunoglobulin IgG, IgM have also been affected to varying degrees. The peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate in contact group was 1.61 ± 0.72 ‰, which was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). Thus a more comprehensive understanding of the wire workers operating a variety of chemical occupational hazards.
