绵阳系统小麦是我国大面积连续种植达10年的持久抗条锈病品种。研究表明,该系统品种持久抗条锈性由成株主效基因所控制,这些基因具有鲜明的小种专化性。基因推导及常规杂交检测证实,绵阳11与欧洲品种Hybrid46含有共同的成株抗条锈基因。本文分析和讨论了绵阳系品种持久抗病的原因及其今后在国内生产上的利用前途。
Mianyang system of wheat is a large area of continuous cultivation of up to 10 years of stripe rust resistant varieties. Studies have shown that the long-lasting resistance to stripe rust of this system is controlled by the major gene of adult plants, and these genes have distinctive racial specialization. Gene deduction and conventional hybridization tests confirmed that Mianyang 11 and European hybrid Hybrid46 contain common adult plant stripe rust resistance genes. This paper analyzes and discusses the reasons for the persistent disease resistance of Mianyang line and its future application in domestic production.
