目的:建立通过相对保留时间RRT数据库和RRT测量值及RRT参考值间的线性拟合识别工作场所空气中未知有机物的方法。方法:建立不同色谱柱和不同柱温下的有机物相对保留时间RRT数据库,将未知物的保留时间线性转化后与RRT数据库比较,得出未知物。结果:通过RRT测量值和RRT参考值进行线性拟合,得到DB-WAX柱线性方程:Y=0.9841X+0.0027 R2=0.9995;SPB-1柱线性方程:Y=1.1427X-0.1517 R2=0.9991。结论:线性转化法方便、准确,为工作场所空气中有机物的定性提供了方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method to identify unknown organic matter in the workplace air by a linear fit between the RRT database of relative retention times and the RRT measurements and RRT reference values. Methods: The RRT database of relative retention time of organic compounds under different column and different column temperatures was established. The unknowns were obtained by linear transformation of the unknowns’ retention time with the RRT database. Results: The linear equation of RRT measured value and RRT reference value was obtained. The linear equation of DB-WAX column was obtained: Y = 0.9841X + 0.0027 R2 = 0.9995; Linear equation of SPB-1 column: Y = 1.1427X-0.1517 R2 = 0.9991. Conclusion: The linear conversion method is convenient and accurate, which provides a method for the qualitative determination of organic matter in the air in the workplace.
