目的验证复方姜黄胶囊治疗糖尿病高脂血症(Diabetic hyperlipemia,DH)的疗效,并对其治疗作用的机制进行初步探讨,为中医药治疗糖尿病高脂血症提供理论依据。方法选用SPF级健康雄性Wistar大鼠40只(体重150±10g),按体重编号,随机抽取10只为正常对照组,其余30只为糖尿病模型组。有3只因血糖不符合成模标准予以剔除,1只死亡,26只存活至实验结束,按随机数字表法分为复方姜黄胶囊治疗组(9只)、西药治疗组(二甲双胍和辛伐他汀,9只)和糖尿病高脂血症空白对照组(8只)。利用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射的方法建立糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后,对大鼠进行药物干预。实验结束时,进行大鼠心脏采血,测定空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果治疗前各治疗组大鼠体重差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);给予高糖高脂饲料喂养4周后,模型组大鼠体重较正常组大鼠明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗2周后模型组与各治疗组大鼠FBG均较正常组显著升高(P<0.05);各治疗组FBG与模型组相比均显著下降(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,各治疗组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论复方姜黄胶囊能降低糖尿病性高脂血症大鼠的FBG,改善脂代谢等各项指标,表明益气养阴、活血通络、利湿降浊法治疗糖尿病高脂血症模型大鼠有较好的疗效。
Objective To verify the efficacy of compound turmeric capsule in the treatment of diabetic hyperlipidemia (DH), and to discuss the mechanism of its therapeutic effects, and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of hyperlipidemia in Chinese medicine. Methods Forty healthy SPF male Wistar rats (weight 150±10g) were selected. According to body weight, 10 were randomly selected as normal control group, and the remaining 30 were diabetic model group. Three of them were excluded because the blood glucose did not meet the model standard. One died and 26 survived until the end of the experiment. According to the random number table method, the compound turmeric capsule treatment group (nine) and western medicine treatment group (metformin and simvastatin) were divided into two groups: 9) and diabetic hyperlipidemia blank control group (8). A diabetic rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). After successful modeling, rats were given drug intervention. At the end of the experiment, the rat heart was collected and fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), and low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were measured. Results There was no significant difference in body weight of each treatment group before treatment (P>0.05). After feeding high fat and high fat diet for 4 weeks, the weight of model group rats was significantly lower than that of normal group rats (P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the FBG of the model group and each treatment group was significantly higher than that of the normal group (P<0.05). The FBG of each treatment group was significantly decreased compared with the model group (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, serum TC, TG, and LDL were significantly lower in each treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound turmeric capsule can reduce FBG and improve lipid metabolism in diabetic hyperlipidemia rats. It is shown that the therapeutic effects of Yiqiyangyin, Huoxuetongluo, Lishijiangzhuo method in treating diabetic hyperlipidemia rats Better efficacy.
