绕制钢丝直径大于14mm以上的圆柱形螺旋弹簧,目前还无标准的全自动无心盘绕机,这可能是由于卷圈力和剪断力太大、又没有长料来满足连续送料的原因。对于钢丝直径≤10mm的弹簧自动无卷盘绕机,它可以一次自动完成卷圈、节距、并头和切断,生产效率很高。但每种规格机床能绕的钢丝直径范围不大,因此对于多规格、小批量生产需备多种规格的机床,这就存在着机床利用率不高的问题。我厂是生产执行器的专业厂,弹簧是产品中的关键元件,其生产特点是钢丝规格多、质量要求高(一级精度以上)、批量相对小,钢丝都在10mm到30mm范围内。由于没有专用机床,过去都是采取车床绕圈、手工修整、并头的工艺方法,生产效率低、劳动强度大、质量不稳定。
There is no standard fully automated centerless coiler for cylindrical helical springs with wire diameters greater than 14 mm. This may be due to the large coil force and shearing force and the lack of long stock to meet the continuous feed. Therefore, for a machine with many specifications and small batch sizes, a variety of specifications are required, which results in the problem of low machine utilization. Its production features are many specifications of steel wire, high quality (above a level of accuracy), relatively small quantities, the wire is in the range of 10mm to 30mm. Because there is no dedicated machine tools, in the past are used to take the lap, manual trimming, and the first process, low productivity, labor-intensive, unstable quality.
