国家办教育的根本目的是为了提高国民素质,促进社会发展。基础教育办得如何,直接决定着人口素质的高低,决定着国家发展后劲的大小。而基础教育发展得如何,发展得科学与否,直接受“高考”这一指挥棒的影响。要把我国的基础教育从“口头上的素质教育而实质上的应试教育”中彻底解放出来,进一步走上科学发展之路,就应该对“高考”进行必要的改革。
The fundamental purpose of state education is to improve the quality of the people and promote social development. How basic education can be conducted directly determines the quality of the population and determines the size of the national development stamina.
