68例76耳各种原因、不同程度的鼓膜外伤患者,在观察治疗的过程中,依据其外伤原因、外伤程度、不同的并发症,施以不同的治疗方法。提出了保持外耳道清洁通畅,以利引流,防止中耳及颅内感染的治疗原则;促其自愈和保守疗法两种治疗途径。利用透明质酸,沙棘油调节细胞功能,促进毛细血管形成,加快蛋白质合成等作用,提高了鼓膜外伤保守治疗的成功率。
68 cases of 76 ears for various reasons, varying degrees of tympanic membrane trauma patients in the observation and treatment of the process, according to their traumatic causes, degree of trauma, different complications, to be treated with different methods. Proposed to keep the external auditory canal clean and unobstructed, to facilitate drainage, to prevent the treatment of middle ear and intracranial infection principles; to promote self-healing and conservative treatment of two therapeutic approaches. The use of hyaluronic acid, seabuckthorn oil regulate cell function, promote capillary formation, accelerate the role of protein synthesis and improve the success rate of conservative treatment of tympanic membrane trauma.
