本文就高新技术企业的人员素质和企业绩效等的量化分析和要素匹配比较,以人力资源为核心,应用管理心理学、多目标评价、数理统计及绩效评价系统等知识,在非财务指标方面建立了一套较为完善的评价体系。这一评价体系系统地剖析了高新技术企业现在和未来的一些问题和它的内在价值。为高新技术企业在人力资源等方面的评价及风险投资公司的投资决策提供了一些有益的借鉴。
This paper focuses on the quantitative analysis and element matching of high-tech companies’ personnel quality and corporate performance. It uses human resources as the core and applies knowledge such as management psychology, multi-objective evaluation, mathematical statistics, and performance evaluation systems to establish non-financial indicators. A relatively complete evaluation system. This evaluation system systematically analyzes some of the current and future problems of high-tech enterprises and its intrinsic value. It provides some useful references for the evaluation of high-tech enterprises in human resources and other aspects and the investment decisions of venture capital companies.
