孤独症(Autism)又称为自闭症,是神经精神科一类常见的疾病,病因及发病机制目前还不清楚。综合疗法是当前治疗方法中最常用的一种,但疗效差异很大。部分患者治疗后症状仍旧明显,本病发病率日益增高,本文通过对孤独症的临床诊疗进行系统综述,通过早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗使患者的独立自主生活和社会功能得到最大限度的恢复。
Autism, also known as autism, is a common disease in neuropsychiatry. The etiology and pathogenesis of autism is still unclear. Combination therapy is the most commonly used method of treatment, but the effect varies greatly. Some patients after treatment, the symptoms are still obvious, the incidence of this disease is increasing day by day in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of autism systematic review, through early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of patients with independent living and social functions to maximize recovery.
