为了探讨前庭感觉细胞的神经分布特点及其生理学意义,对10只(16耳)健康豚鼠应用透射电镜观察其前庭感觉上皮区及上皮下区的前庭神经分布情况。发现前庭神经纤维可分为3种类型:①脱髓鞘型:占大多数,分支及侧支较多,终止于Ⅰ型感觉细胞神经杯。②髓鞘型:数量少,分支及侧支少,终止于Ⅰ型感觉细胞神经杯。③小直径型:直径在1μm以下,径路较长。还发现不是起源于神经杯的传入、传出神经纤维,它们可由进入感觉上皮内不久的神经纤维形成,对其生物学意义进行了讨论。根据Ⅰ、Ⅱ感觉细胞神经分布特性的差别,对它们在传递从外界感受到的信息过程中的不同特性及其生理学意义进行了讨论。
In order to investigate the neurological distribution of vestibular sensory cells and its physiological significance, the distribution of vestibular nerve in the vestibular sensory epithelium and the subepithelial region of 10 healthy (16 ears) guinea pigs was observed by transmission electron microscopy. Found that vestibular nerve fibers can be divided into three types: ① demyelination type: accounting for the majority of branches and collateral more, terminating in type I sensory cell nerve cup. Myelin type: a small number of branches and collateral less, terminating in type I sensory cell nerve cup. ③ small diameter type: diameter below 1μm, longer path. It was also found that the afferent nerve fibers, which originated not from the nerve cup, can be formed by the nerve fibers entering into the sensory epithelium shortly, and their biological significance is discussed. According to the differences of sensory cell nerve distribution characteristics of Ⅰ and Ⅱ, different characteristics and their physiological significance in transmitting information sensed from outside are discussed.
