改革开放以来,我国企业文化建设在理论上与实践上取得了突出成绩,对企业方方面面产生了广泛而深远的影响。工会工作作为企业管理中的重要一环,它上体现着国家各级工会组织及企业决策层的管理意志,下关系广大职工群众的切身利益,工会组织在促进企业经济建设、精神文明建设及维权维稳等诸多方面发挥无可替代的重要作用。本文试从企业文化建设方兴未艾的大背景下,如何有效处理企业文化建设与改进工会工作的关系进行思考。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s corporate culture has made outstanding achievements both in theory and in practice, and has had a profound and far-reaching impact on all aspects of the enterprise. Trade union work, as an important part of business management, embodies the management will of the trade unions at all levels and the decision-making levels of enterprises and the immediate interests of the broad masses of workers and staff members. The trade unions are playing an active role in promoting the economic construction, spiritual civilization and rights protection of enterprises Stability and many other aspects play an irreplaceable important role. This article tries to consider how to deal effectively with the relationship between the construction of enterprise culture and the improvement of trade union under the background that the building of enterprise culture is in the ascendant.
