用冬虫夏草和黄芪初步观察其诱生白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的作用。结果表明:脂多糖和二氧化硅均可诱导小鼠腹腔粘附细胞产生IL-1,两者协同作用可诱导高滴度的IL-1活性。为提高检测IL-1活性的敏感性和稳定性,应注意:①用于取胸腺细胞的鼠种以C3H/HeJ为好;②检测IL-1活性时要选择一合适的伴刀豆蛋白A浓度;③标本必需经透析除去小分子抑制物。中药冬虫夏草和黄芪均有诱生IL-1的作用,前者可诱生较高滴度的IL-1。
The effects of interleukin-1 (IL-1) induced by Cordyceps sinensis and Astragalus membranaceus were initially observed. The results showed that both lipopolysaccharide and silicon dioxide can induce IL-1 production in mouse peritoneal adhesion cells, and the synergistic action of the two can induce high titer of IL-1 activity. In order to improve the sensitivity and stability of the detection of IL-1 activity, it should be noted that: 1 The mouse species used to take thymocytes is preferably C3H/HeJ; 2 It is necessary to select a suitable concanavalin A when detecting IL-1 activity. Concentration; 3 specimens must be dialyzed to remove small molecule inhibitors. Both Chinese medicine Cordyceps sinensis and Astragalus membranaceus can induce IL-1, and the former can induce higher titer of IL-1.
