本文介绍了依据冷量补偿原理建立的一种测试蓄冷器性能的装置。用二个平面旋转配气阀分别作系统的进气和排气阀,较好地解决了进、排气串气问题,可在较大范围变化切换周期。调节二个气流平衡阀使固体热阻上的差温值最小,保证了二路气流平衡,提高了测量精度。利用该装置在300~80K温度范围对填料为350目斜纹不绣钢丝网,空隙率0.703,流量范围0.2~25米~3/时的蓄冷器,不同切换周期(1秒上下)下的失效率~流量关系进行了初步试验。结果表明在液氮温区,高网目填料的传热系数比常温下低网目填料的传热系数在低温下的类推值可能稍高。
