在教学实践中经常进行教学反思,可以批判地考察自己的行为及情境的能力。作为一名初中历史教师必须通过多种途径对自己的教学进行反思,主要通过教育学生、教师自己本身进行反思、同事或专家听评自己的课、阅读教育专著和教学文献等方式进行教学反思。
In teaching practice often reflections on teaching, you can critically examine their own behavior and situational ability. As a middle school history teacher, we must reflect on our own teaching in many ways, mainly through educating students and teachers themselves, and reflecting on their own lessons by colleagues or experts, reading educational monographs and teaching documents.
