传统的利用静态松弛试验确定松弛模量的方法存在一定的问题,该文针对这一问题,在Joonas Sorvari所做工作的基础上,提出一种改进方法,称之为改进型Sorvari法,并阐述了利用该方法获取松弛模量参数具体过程。进行了改性双基推进剂的拉伸松弛试验,并利用提出的改进型Sorvari法得到改性双基推进剂的松弛模量。利用获得的松弛模量建立线性粘弹性本构方程,并预测应力松弛过程,与应力松弛试验结果对比,结果表明:与传统方法和Joonas Sorvari的方法相比,该文提出的方法具有较高的精确度,比较适合改性双基推进剂松弛模量的获取。
The traditional method of using static relaxation test to determine the relaxation modulus has some problems. In this paper, on the basis of the work done by Joonas Sorvari, this paper proposes an improved method, which is called improved Sorvari method, and expounds Using this method to obtain the specific parameters of relaxation modulus process. The tensile relaxation test of the modified double base propellant was carried out. The relaxation modulus of the modified double base propellant was obtained by using the improved Sorvari method. The viscoelastic constitutive equation is established by using the obtained relaxation modulus, and the stress relaxation process is predicted. Compared with the stress relaxation test results, the results show that compared with the traditional method and the Joonas Sorvari method, the proposed method has higher Accuracy, more suitable for modification of double base propellant relaxation modulus acquisition.
