建立了笑气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定食用油脂中聚二甲基硅氧烷含量的方法。对分析谱线、光谱带宽、燃助比等条件进行了优化。优化条件下,聚二甲基硅氧烷质量浓度0~50 mg/L范围内,吸光度与浓度之间线性关系良好;方法对植物油和动物(氢化植物油)油脂中聚二甲基硅氧烷的检出限分别为0.55 mg/kg和2.38 mg/kg;对植物调和油和鸡油样品6次平行测定的相对标准偏差小于5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷的平均加标回收率在92.1%~104.0%之间。方法可应用于不同类型实际油脂样品中聚二甲基硅氧烷含量的测定。
A method for the determination of polydimethylsiloxane in edible oils by nitrous oxide - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established.
