我校进行“自学-互学-共学-升学”这种“四学课堂教学”实验以来,我不断进行实践和探索。特别是通过小组互学实践,我发现,小组互学对每一个学生是有帮助的。小组互学时,那些平时不敢在全班级面前发言的学生愿意在小组里面与其他同伴交流,会在小组中得到同学的赞赏或者得到同学的帮助意见。通过互学交流,记忆慢、思维慢的学生得到了较优秀学生的帮助从而得到了提高,原本心理内向的学生也渐渐对自己和自己的想法树立了自信。最终学生们都敢于大胆地展示自我,体验到了成功的喜悦!现将我接班以来对小组互学的具体做法总结如下:
Since our school conducted “self-study - mutual learning - learning together - further study” This “four classroom teaching ” experiment, I continue to practice and exploration. In particular, through group-by-group practice, I found that group interviews are helpful to every student. When students exchange ideas with each other, those students who are afraid to speak in front of the whole class are willing to communicate with other peers in the group. They will be praised by the students in the group or get help from their classmates. Through mutual exchange, slow memory, slow thinking students get the help of better students and thus improved, the original introverted students gradually self and their own confidence. Eventually, students dared to show themselves boldly and experienced the joy of success. The specific practices of group-by-group study since my succession are summarized as follows:
