于2014年6月、8月、10月和12月对浙江省温州地区沿海主要贝类养殖区的海水、表层沉积物进行取样,研究了重金属Cu、Cd、As、Pb在贝类养殖区海水和表层沉积物中的分布特征,并对养殖区进行了生态环境质量评价及潜在生态风险评价。结果表明:所测养殖区海水中Cu、As属于本底水平,Pb、Cd已属中度到重度污染,污染程度顺序为Cd>Pb>Cu>As;表层沉积物中各重金属的污染程度顺序依次为Pb>As>Cu>Cd;潜在生态风险评价结果表明,贝类养殖区重金属Cu、Pb、As属于轻微潜在生态危害水平;Cd属于中等潜在生态危害,各重金属的潜在生态危害程度顺序依次为Cd>Pb>As>Cu,从多种重金属的潜在生态危害指数(RI)看,所调查的贝类养殖区域RI值均小于140,为低潜在生态风险。
