为分析某型装甲输送车发动机的磨损状态,针对油液监测中元素多、数据维数高的问题,应用投影寻踪法,对油液监测标准和监测样本进行分析,建立了投影寻踪模型,确定了投影特征值变化区域与磨损状态分类的对应关系,拟合了摩托小时和投影特征值的关系,实现了对监测样本的评价和对发动机状态的预测,为降低维修成本、实现装备预防性维修、提高战备完好率水平提供科学依据。
