癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonie,antigen,CEA)已广泛应用于上皮源性肿瘤的研究。关于胆囊癌的CEA研究,国内未见报道。我们应用免疫组织化学技术对21例胆囊癌及癌旁粘膜作了CEA检测。观察CEA在胆囊癌及癌旁粘膜中的分布及其意义。材料与方法 21例胆囊癌取自本院1983～1989年胆囊手术切除标本,经福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋,每例均作HE及CEA免疫组化染色。免疫组化采用ABC免疫酶标法。CEA多克隆抗体为DAKO公司生产,ABC试剂盒为
Carcinoembryonie (antigen, CEA) has been widely used in the study of epithelial tumors. CEA studies on gallbladder cancer have not been reported in China. We applied immunohistochemical technique to detect CEA in 21 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and paraneoplastic mucosa. Observe the distribution and significance of CEA in gallbladder carcinoma and paraneoplastic mucosa.
