当DF4D内燃机车在运行中由辅助发电状态直接转入固定发电状态,而机车乘务员又不能准确判断,人为用手拖动辅助发电励磁接触器FLC时,将引起机车启动发电机电压突升,辅控电路瞬间产生过电压,导致烧损机车监控主机、监控显示屏、励调器、无线列调、信号等车载电子设备,严重影响机车的正常运用。为此,从电路设计存在的不足等方面进行分析,制定出适用可行的防止措施,提高DF4D型内燃机车的运用可靠性。
