Any legal reform that focuses on shaping the order of the rule of law must have an accurate judgment of the existing times and historical visions of the system so as to establish the direction of institutional change. Looking at the legal reforms in the process of social transformation in China in the past 30 years, we can understand the Chinese laws without any prejudice.
