伴随着我国经济市场体制改革的深入推进,企业在实现经营转变的过程中,需要对自身管理机制的进一步完善。制药管理作为现代化制药企业经营管理的重要内容之一,其在优化企业资源配置以及提高企业经营效率方面有着重要的影响作用。新形势下,企业亟需推进制药管理工作的创新,提高工作效率,才能最大程度发挥出制药管理在实现部门战略目标中的作用。基于此,文章就新形势下现代企业制药管理工作创新这一课题展开探讨与分析,以资参考。
With the deepening of the reform of the economic market system in our country, enterprises need to further improve their own management mechanism in the course of realizing business transformation.
