对(900~2150)mm×230/250mm板坯连铸机生产510L板坯产生表面纵裂的试样进行了分析,针对纵裂可能产生的原因,对生产工艺进行了优化。包括控制钢水含碳质量分数在0.08%以下,降低一冷水量15%,提高结晶器进水温度在38℃以上,降低二冷水总水量25%,同时分回路降低水量9.9%~36.2%,采用高碱度、高熔点、低黏度保护渣等措施。使该钢种的纵裂发生率从前期的57.41%降低到了现阶段的2.15%,有效地提高了铸坯一次检验合格率。
The samples of longitudinal slab cracking of 510L slab produced by (900 ~ 2150) mm × 230 / 250mm slab caster were analyzed. The production process was optimized according to the possible reason of longitudinal cracking. Including the control of molten steel carbon content below 0.08%, reducing a cold water 15%, increasing the mold inlet temperature above 38 ℃, reducing the total water 25% of the two cold water, while the sub-loop to reduce the water 9.9% to 36.2% High alkalinity, high melting point, low viscosity mold powder and other measures. So that the incidence of longitudinal cracking of the steel from the previous period of 57.41% to 2.15% at this stage, effectively improving the slab once the test pass rate.
